As a high energy and goal-driven executive, Ms. Bullock approaches each new business challenge with an intrinsic flair for innovation and creative problem-solving skills. Ms. Bullock has worked with women and children for more than 25 years and brings that passion to Gateway to Success, Inc. She is a Certified Parent Instructor (CPI) for both the Effective Black Parenting Program developed by the Center for the Improvement of Child Caring (CICC) and Nurturing Parenting Program developed by Family Development Resources. Ms. Bullock holds a Master's degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Human Development and Family Studies, and an Associate’s degree in Child Development. She is a life-long learner and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Walden University in Public Administration. Ms. Bullock has more than 1200 hours of training from her work sites and from volunteering in the community. She also serves as a Board Member for various organizations. Her work experience includes being a case worker IV for Child Protective Services, a Juvenile Probation Officer, a Social Services Coordinator, and an Early Childhood Educational teacher to name a few. Additionally, Ms. Bullock is an author of children's books, and parent of a wonderful 11-year-old daughter. Ms. Bullock recognizes that she and her staff are entrusted to provide public services and will conduct business in a responsive and professional manner that fosters public confidence.
Mr. L. Keith Grays is an outstanding leader who has made a difference in Dallas and Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Grays is committed to the unity of the community and is the volunteer project and event coordinator with Gateway to Success, Inc. He is passionate about his career and his efforts and ingenuity are, in part, directly responsible for many of Gateway to Success, Inc.’s donations and sponsorships. Mr. Grays works diligently each year to reflect to the community the pride and spirit we have here at Gateway to Success, Inc.
Dr. Totundra Grays is licensed as a Clinical
Social Worker certified by the Texas
State Board of Social Worker Examiners.
She has been licensed for over 15
years and has more than 250 years of
service to the community. Dr. Grays
has served professionally in a hospital,
schools, and community environments,
which has prepared her to serve
communities in need. Dr. Grays serves
clients with a wide range of issues
including depression, anxiety, anger,
abuse and relationship/family problems, self-esteem issues, the need for personal/emotional growth, and grief and ambiguous loss. Treatment modalities include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Dr. Grays’ approach to therapy encompasses compassion and acceptance without judgment allowing her to work with diverse clients from a strengths-based perspective.Dr. Grays holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work, as well as a master’s degree in public administration and is also a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE). Dr. Grays completed her Ph.D. at Texas Women's University- Denton in the Family Studies Department.
